I slept in much, after all, I had gone 30 hours without sleeping. I woke up and ate more strawberries, then we made and ate a strawberry cake. Very simple and only took a couple of minutes. Now I really started to watch the tv, strange because for more than a year I had only watched movies. It was very hard to understand because of the fast talking, and most of the words I did not know. I am learning. We had some lunch and more cake for dessert, had a funny time as Florian was saying desert, and I am learning much patience for myself and for my new family as we try and work past our language barrier. It is all lighthearted and good though.

I played foosball.. The one with mini soccer and the little people inside a box kicking a ball.. There is a lot of American culture here as well. Svenja was very good at beating me even when it was 2 of us against her! haha
We (the chickens (as Florian calls his daughters) and I) walked to the grocery store to get some things and I noticed that each card, like what you buy for a birthday, is individually wrapped in plastic. I just found it interesting.
Next another adventure took place. Just Florian and I went to tour Munich! (München) The girls went to a birthday party. It was so beautiful. I wish I had better words to describe this place, but you cant describe this experience of Germany. I have already learned so much.

We went to this big castle, Schleißheim Palace. Very beautiful and full of lovely swans. They were everywhere! It was so neat. Then we saw 2 big churches that were also famous, and then we went to an olympic stadium!!

It was big and colorful. Once it was night I could see so many varieties of colors as it was lit up for the evening. We climbed a big mountain hill thing and had the most incredible view of all Munich and the stadium and everything else... Later in my stay we will go to Munich again.

We had gelato and it was yummy as always. Then we watched the world cup at a casual restaurant and ate the biggest pretzel I have ever seen. So yummy. and a bavarian cream that was on top of it.. yum. It was a good time.
Germany is so fantastic, an infinite amount of things to do.
